Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP Expands its Environmental Group with the Addition of Two New Attorneys

June 1, 2006 - Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP Managing Partner, David M. Gilden, announced today that Roger C. Zehntner and Jennifer R. Cervenka have joined the Firm’s Environmental Group. “We are pleased to welcome these two highly-skilled attorneys to our strong and seasoned legal team.”

Mr. Zehntner’s practice focuses on environmental, insurance coverage, litigation, commercial, constitutional, administrative and appellate matters. He represents businesses in a variety of commercial disputes and provides advice and counsel to businesses with respect to all aspects of state and federal environmental law. Mr. Zehntner’s career includes service in private practice, corporations and government. A graduate of Washington University, Mr. Zehntner is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Illinois and before the First Circuit, Eleventh Circuit, District of Columbia and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the Environmental Law Institute and the American Bar Association.

Ms. Cervenka concentrates her practice on commercial and environmental/land use litigation, as well as environmental and business regulatory matters. She represents clients in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Ms. Cervenka earned her LL.M. in International Legal Studies in Environment and Business from the American University, and her J.D. from the University of Hawaii. She served as a law clerk for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, and the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division. Ms. Cervenka is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
