Mr. Partridge’s legal practice focuses on strategic business decision making, corporate governance, and regulatory concerns of profit and non-profit entities and providing advice and counsel with respect to preservation of personal and family wealth.

Mr. Partridge is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Mr. Partridge obtained his LL.B. from Harvard Law School and his A.B., summa cum laude, from Providence College.

Mr. Partridge continues his active involvement and interest in community development, water resources, and good government by serving on numerous civic boards and councils. He is a member of the Rhode Island Economic Policy Council, a trustee of the Aquila Three Peaks High Yield Fund and an advisor to the Narragansett Insured Tax-Free Income Fund. He also serves as treasurer of the Ocean State Charities Trust, a member of the Finance Committee of Providence College and co-chairman of The Pawtucket Foundation.

Mr. Partridge was recognized in Chambers USA America’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2007 as a leading lawyer in corporate/commercial work among his peers. In addition, he has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America since 2005. Super Lawyers, in its inaugural Rhode Island edition, included Mr. Partridge in its list of the top 5% of attorneys in the state.
