Ms. Medina represents clients through all stages of general business litigation in state and federal courts. She focuses her practice in the area of real estate, including environmental, land use, subdivision and zoning, working with clients in analyzing land use projects, identifying necessary approvals and permits and representing clients before state commissions and municipal boards to obtain required permitting and approvals.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Medina worked in non-profit administration in New York and Rhode Island. She was the Associate Director of Special Events and Volunteer Services for the New York Philharmonic at Lincoln Center and served as Director of Development for the Rhode Island Historical Society.
Ms. Medina is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and before both the Rhode Island and Massachusetts U.S. District Courts. She is a member of the Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Rhode Island Women’s Bar Associations. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law where she was Valedictorian. Ms. Medina also served as Executive Articles Editor of the Roger Williams Law Review and was a competing member of the trial team. She received her B.A. from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo. Ms. Medina serves on the Development Committee of the Rhode Island Historical Society and on the Rose Bids Committee for St. Elizabeth Community.
