Mr. Kehoe’s extensive experience emphasizes his role as counsel in both
complex residential and commercial land development and construction
projects. He counsels and represents developers, and commercial lenders
with respect to site acquisition, due diligence, zoning, planning,
conservation compliance, structuring and negotiating financing,
licensing and complex leasing.
Mr. Kehoe acts as legal advisor to diverse businesses. He advises
clients with respect to their personal planning needs, including estate
plans, estate administration and business succession planning.
Mr. Kehoe is a frequent lecturer and qualified intermediary for 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
Mr. Kehoe is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island
and is a member of the Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and American Bar
Associations. He earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and holds a B.A. from Bucknell University. He is a member of the Dartmouth Conservation Committee, Corporator and former Director of
Child & Family Services of New Bedford, past President and Paul
Harris Fellow of the Dartmouth Rotary Club; Director of Crystal Springs
School, Director of the Boys and Girls Club of New Bedford, Inc. and Board Member of Community Connections, Inc.
