Ms. Eastwood concentrates her practice representing the interests of lenders and mortgage servicers in bankruptcy actions, foreclosure proceedings, mortgage related litigation as well as commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Ms. Eastwood is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island and Massachusetts as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Rhode Island Bar Association, Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts, International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation and the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association. Ms. Eastwood earned her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1998 and her B.A. from Boston College in 1995. She is certified as a Disaster Services Volunteer by the American Red Cross, in conjunction with the Providence Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security and the Rhode Island Red Cross. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Pawtucket YMCA.
