Ms. Medina advises and represents clients in real estate and regulatory matters.  She has particular expertise regarding real estate development, zoning and planning, regulatory and administrative proceedings before state agencies and municipal boards, and administrative appeals.  Ms. Medina has expertise in the closing of complex commercial real estate and maritime transactions.  Ms. Medina also handles commercial disputes, with particular focus on real estate, construction, environmental and maritime matters.
