Ms. Maccarone concentrates her practice representing lenders and financial institutions in all phases of default servicing including bankruptcy, foreclosure (including condominium lien proceedings) and eviction proceedings.

 

As supervisor of the firm’s title examination department, Ms. Maccarone specializes in real estate title law and has extensive experience in real estate conveyancing including residential and lender-owned properties.
