Ms. Pezzello concentrates her practice on public finance and commercial lending.   She serves as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and borrower’s counsel in the issuance of tax-exempt securities.   Ms. Pezzello also represents lending institutions in commercial lending transactions.  In addition, she advises clients in business formation, corporate compliance, equity financing and other general business matters.

 

Prior to joining Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, Ms. Pezzello served as a law clerk to the Honorable William P. Robinson III of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
