As Chair of the Firm’s Insurance practice, Dave counsels insurance companies and agents on compliance and licensing matters. He has experience in complex commercial, business and regulatory litigation representing financial institutions and corporations in state and federal courts, including state consumer protection and Truth-in-Lending statutes. Also, he advises clients on issues concerning banking regulatory compliance.

After graduating from law school, Dave served as a Rhode Island Superior Court Judicial Law Clerk. Prior to practicing law, he was an assistant controller of a local not-for-profit organization.
