Michael is a tax attorney and CPA that supports the firm’s corporate, trusts and estates, nonprofit, and employment and benefits law practice groups. Michael assists clients with the tax aspects of business planning, nonprofit entity formation and governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He frequently assists clients in implementing ERISA/employee benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements, and represents clients in federal audits and state and local tax controversy matters.
Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Michael worked as a manager at a “Big 4” public accounting firm and advised large corporate clients on a variety of state and local tax matters.
